Sometimes heavy wear and tear can cause the cord laces on your chair to wear away and become frayed. On the swing tags of laced chairs Lafuma recommend that 'the elastic laces should be replaced when they show signs of wear (especially in the front of the seat) and at least every two years.'
For a fraction of the price of a new chair, Lafuma’s replacement cords allows you to replace the cords easily at home; refurbishing your chair instantly. One pack of lacing cords will be enough to completely re-lace your chair.
Please note that Lafuma consider the lacing cords to be a consumable part, as they will wear differently dependent on use, therefore these are not covered by the Lafuma guarantee.
