The below order and returns information only applies to products purchased from this website. If you purchased products from another retailer, your contract of sale is with that company, so any returns or enquires should be directed to them.
Change or cancel an order prior to dispatch
You can cancel or exchange any order which has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse free of charge. If you wish to change or cancel an order, which has not yet been dispatched, please contact our Sales Department on 01489 557600 any time between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand. If your products have already been dispatched, then you will need to follow the relevant returns procedure.

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow our returns procedure below and then re-order your preferred product online.
Returns procedure
Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund a product provided it is returned in its original packaging and in a fully resaleable condition*. Returns should be made within 28 days. Products must be clearly labelled and include proof of purchase, order number and state the reason for return.
*If we find that the product has not been returned to us in its original packaging or in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Delivery and collection charges
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us. LLC Ltd will not refund your original delivery charge when a product is simply unwanted. All returned items should be returned by the customer at their own expense.
Returns procedure – Faulty, Damaged or incorrect orders
Returns procedure
Should you believe that your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect you should return the product to LLC Ltd within 28 days. Products must be clearly labelled and include proof of purchase, order number and state the reason for return.
Upon inspection, LLC Ltd will inform you of their decision regarding the return. If goods are found to be faulty, damaged or incorrect LLC Ltd will replace the product, or offer a refund if this is specifically requested by the customer.
Delivery and collection charges
Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders should be returned to LLC Ltd by the customer at their own expense. LLC Ltd will refund the cost of this postage if the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or incorrect. If the customer wishes for the goods to be refunded, rather than exchanged or repaired, they will also be credited for their original delivery charge.
