Delivery Times
All orders are normally dispatched within three working days and are sent via next day delivery. Unfortunately our couriers are unable to specify a specific delivery time.

Delivery Charges
Free delivery on all orders over £50.00. There will be a £5.00 delivery charge for all orders under £50.00. This excludes Ireland where a £14.95 standard charge will be applied.

Overseas Shipping
LLC Ltd are only able to deliver to UK and Ireland.

Prices & VAT
All prices displayed are in pounds sterling, include VAT at 17.5% and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment
Payment will be made at the time of ordering and will be taken by MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo or Delta.

Guarantee
Lafuma back their products with a comprehensive two year guarantee. This does not, however, cover fair wear and tear, consumable parts (i.e. lacing cords) or damage caused by water to metal or fabric parts.

Should you need to claim on this guarantee, please send us details of the problem in writing (Lafuma Furniture Returns, LLC Ltd, Bear House, Concorde Way, Fareham, Hants, PO15 5RL or sales@llc-ltd.co.uk). LLC Ltd will reply with the correct course of action. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be met after inspection of the item.
